coaster for your cup or use a place mat or tray to set your tea space

Start with good water. Tap is fine, but spring water is recommended
opposed to distilled water, which lacks the minerals that can bring

of tea.
White, green, oolong, and herbal teas are typicaly enjoyed
with no sweatner. Many people prefer to add milk or cream
and sugar or honey to black tea, or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
