Simple Steps to Enjoy a few quiet moments:
 
1)  Dedicate a tea space.  Nothing elaborate.  This can be as simple as clearing a space on your desk for your tea.  You also may want to use a special coaster for your cup or use a place mat or tray to set your tea space apart from everything else.  Some people have their own special cup used for their tea moments.

3)  Start with good water.  Tap is fine, but spring water is recommended opposed to distilled water, which lacks the minerals that can bring out the full flavor.  Brewing times very depending on the type of tea.
 
White, green, oolong, and herbal teas are typicaly enjoyed with no sweatner.   Many people prefer to add milk or cream and sugar or honey to black tea, or a squeeze of fresh lemon.
