Physical activity can have an impact on your mind, body, and spirit.  We've all heard of the many benefits of exercise.    Many people find that the most difficult part of becoming physically fit, is in making the actual decision to get physically fit. Only you can make the decision to actually change. Only you can choose what motivates you towards fitness.  Once you've  made the decision, you can take tiny steps towards fitness. Drastic changes are not needed.   Small steps in your daily routine can make a big difference.

Once the decision is made to work towards physical fitness, the questions are how, what, where and when?  You do not need to get out of bed an hour early.  All you really need to do is  begin to make small  steps towards your goal.  For instance, if you decide you are going to start walking, instead of getting up an hour early and walking before work, start with smaller steps.  Park your car further away from your destination.  There are numerous resources that can help you with deciding how, what, where and when to exercise.  The key factor is making the decision to begin living healthier.

Physical fitness is not just excerise, it  also includes what your eat.  Food is your energy.  There are numerous resources on nutrition.  There is no diet that fits everyone.  We need to know our own body.  Some foods taste really good and we are happy to eat and enjoy them, but how do we feel afterwards?  Are there any consequences?  Are the consquences insignficant? Are they signficant?  If they are signficicant, in what way?  Is it an occasional indulgence, or more of a habit?  Are you aware of what you are eating, or do you just eat to fill the empty spot?                                      .

Remember -   Little changes you make put you closer to your goal of being   healthier!
