Eating on the run often means grabbing whatever's fastest, and while may satisfy your hunger; it's not always healthy. Do you find yourself shoveling food down while sitting at your desk or while driving? We've all had times when we don't take the time to really enjoy our food .Meals should be enjoyed - they should taste good, feel good to eat and be good for us. We should savor each bite.

Do you love to snack? Snacks are great, they keep energy up. The key is knowing what snacks are good and what is really junk. When you think about it, if you don't know what the ingredients are, do really want to eat it. Good healthy snacks have no additives, they are whole foods. These include nuts, fruit fresh or dried, cheese, yogurt, raw vegetables and even chocolate. That's right even chocolate! It has been said that dark chocolate in moderate quantities is healthy. It's all about choices. We should think about what we eat before we eat it, not just eat to fill up the stomach.
